Through six seasons at the helm of Baylor volleyball, head coach Ryan McGuyre has put the program amongst the sport's biggest names and into the national spotlight. After narrowly missing the postseason in his first year, McGuyre and the Bears marched their way to the program's first Big 12 title and the NCAA National Semifinals in 2019 while earning the school's first No. 1 AVCA national ranking and No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament.
