Benjamin Netanyahu has been replaced as Prime Minister of Israel by coalition leader Naftali Bennett who will serve two years as prime minister, and then according to the coalition agreement be replaced in 2023 by centrist Yair Lapid. On his way out the door, Netanyahu accused the new government of not being ready and able to stop Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. Additionally, Netanyahu blasted President Biden and compared the US return to the Iran nuclear deal to that of when President Franklin Roosevelt declined to bomb the train tracks to Auschwitz when he had the opportunity.
