Israel Keyes was one of the most calculated serial killers the FBI ever encountered. He was also a bank robber, arsonist, kidnapper, rapist, and necrophile who murdered a minimum of three victims across the United States from 1996 to 2012. He stashed “kill kits” throughout the country years prior to his crimes that contained guns, ropes, and chemicals to dispose of bodies.
