Israel- Why is the Middle East Important? Neil Johnson and Jeff Pelletier

Friends in this (rather long) episode the Iran war is winding down and our thoughts go to what we think will happen next- BUT, before we get there we spend very valuable time giving you very important information what MUST BE TRUE for the Everlasting Covenants he made with Israel (some were conditional) to take effect.  It's something you'll want to share with Christian friends who think GOD IS DONE WITH ISRAEL!

Jeff get's on his high horse.  :)

Passionate declarations....what do YOU think??

Where does Jesus rule and reign from for 1000 years?

The answer is why the specific land that a specific people occupy, is sooo important.

Friends in this episode Neil and I "just talk" about what is on our minds.   We begin with a rap-up of our previous episode on Neil's trip to China.  And we also discuss how God reads the Bible.

In this episode Neil and I discuss his recent trip to Chine. This was Neil's second trip there.  He went perviously to investigate the JEWISH population and he FOUND IT!   He went back at the invitation of an old friend as they wanted to know more about what is happening with Israel.  A really great show with some profound insights into China and Israel.

In this episode, Neil and I take you through the present day in Israel and how things are unraveling or unfolding, and we also discuss the power of the promises that God made, and to whom he made them. And we linked that all with how the church of Jesus Christ is involved in that process, and who the church really is.

In this episode of Israel, why is the Middle East important Neil and I close the loop around a verse in Isaiah that deals with time. Then we move on to the shared promises of God and how God's promises to Israel become the churches promises as well. If you think the church is Israel, you should pay really close attention to this episode.

Building on the last episode's claims about Israel, we complete the idea that Israel is IN FACT essential to God and His plan for the World.  Listen as Neil and Jeff lead you to this understanding that the nation and people of Israel are essential to his plan. Read Romans 11 and ask yourself:

Is the Church  (the followers of Jesus) a NEW Israel or does it become PART of Israel and now required to help all Israel in fulfilling God's Plan for the world?

In liberal theological circles the "Preterists" have decided that the current state of Israel is insignificant as are the Jewish People.  God judged Israel in AD 70 by destroying the Temple and sacking Israel once and for all.  The CHURCH is the NEW Israel. This is called "replacement theology" and it seeks to claim the nullification of Israel of the Old Testament with regards to the it's importance in the current day and the future.  In short God is done with Israel-  In this episode Neil and I ask the question: If that's true why are so many seeking to elminate them from the Earth?  What's the big deal?

In this episode we Neil and I dscuss the "Occupied Territory" in Israel.  Yes IN Israel.

Over 50 years ago there was what was called the SIX DAY war.  Part of the result of that conflict was what is now called The Occupied Territory. But lately Israel has renamed it Judea-Samaria.  This is the region in Isreal where MOST of the Bible took place!  But today it is risky to go there. Listen as Neil and Jeff explain how this might be the place where the next big conflict takes place.  We'll post a picture on our Facebook Page- https://www.facebook.com/Israelstillmatters/
