Issues is a new take on Masks: A New Generation, using the TTRPG system to tell the story of three trans heroes at the street-level. Sterling City does not have the history of superpowers that most Masks cities have, and it's up to Deacon, Charlotte, and Indigo (aka Breaker, Web Walker, and Glitch) to navigate two dangerous worlds. One as their mundane identities, and one as their superheroic identities.
