One of the richest archives of photojournalism is not in a grand museum or library. Instead, it is in a small municipality building here in Istanbul. And it is put on display the winners of The Istanbul Photo Awards highlighting the most striking images from the lenses of journalists. Sena Arslan went to the opening.
