The one who does not love does not know God, because God is love. God's love was revealed among us in this way: God sent his one and only Son into the world so that we might live through him. Love consists in this: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice , for our sins. Dear friends, if God loved us in this way, we also must love one another. We love because he first loved us. If anyone says, "I love God," and yet hates his brother or sister, he is a liar. For the person who does not love his brother or sister whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. And we have this command from him: The one who loves God must also love his brother and sister. Look At What God Did For You 1 John 4:10 Love consists in this: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice , for our sins. 1 John 3:16 This is how we have come to know love: He laid down his life for us. We should also lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. Romans 5:8 But God proves his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 1 John 4:11 Dear friends, if God loved us in this way, we also must love one another. 1 John 4:20 If anyone says, "I love God," and yet hates his brother or sister, he is a liar. For the person who does not love his brother or sister whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. Let Go Of Bitterness 1 John 3:24 The one who keeps his commands remains in him, and he in him. And the way we know that he remains in us is from the Spirit he has given us. Ephesians 4:31 Let all bitterness, anger and wrath, shouting and slander be removed from you, along with all malice. Forgive Quickly Forgive Completely Learn From God's Purpose 1 John 3:14 We know that we have passed from death to life because we love our brothers and sisters. The one who does not love remains in death. 1 John 4:9 God's love was revealed among us in this way: God sent his one and only Son into the world so that we might live through him. 2 Corinthians 13:7 But we pray to God that you do nothing wrong #— #not that we may appear to pass the test, but that you may do what is right, even though we may appear to fail. Ephesians 4:32 And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ. Colossians 3:12-13 Therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and dearly loved, put on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another and forgiving one another if anyone has a grievance against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you are also to forgive.
