Kyle DeGennaro created The LOVED movement in 2018 after his own life events inspired him to practice more self-care and to treat himself with more compassion. This blossomed into a global movement that allowed him to inspire thousands of people who were going through something similar. The movement opened so many doors for him. He now guides meditations at a local yoga studio and work at a premiere recovery center as their wellness coordinator. His life has been transformed thru self-love and connection.
Colleen and Kyle met at a day long meditation retreat in Madison, CT. It was called “The Key to Happiness”. Kyle has been meditating since 2015, starting with 10 minutes a day, it has grown to about two hours a day. Kyle was charismatic, believed in external validation, and put himself on this pedestal. Growing up Kyle grew up in a good home, and away from struggling. He says it skewed view of what reality was. He figured out all the self-care and compassion on his own. He took on a self-care journey that changed his life for the better.
