My default is to find the good in the situation, the silver lining.  There have been a few times recently where I've found myself complaining/having negative thoughts about little things- mistakes, frustrations, etc.  In this episode I share some real life examples and challenge you to join me in replacing that negative reaction with the simple phrase - It Could Be Worse.  And when you do, share it on social media!
