It Happened One Year presents a fully scripted, full-cast audio dramatization of the UFO sighting on October 4th, 1967 - What is this unidentified craft? What danger does it pose to the Canadian public? And will anyone reach it before it disappears in the water?

Of the various, wacky descriptions pouring into radio stations and on emergency channels, the one that stood out with vibrant tones of fear and disbelief was as a Fireball...

It Happened One Year presents a fully scripted, full-cast audio dramatization of these events, some of which are true, some that are theorized as probable, and some that can't possibly have happened. Or did they? The entire story enfolds across the next four weeks, over five episodes, with the vocal talents of nearly three dozen guests!

After an intro by friend of the show Jim Warner, proud Chicago residents Sarah & Joe (transplanted for a total of 32 years, at present) recount the swath of destruction wreaked by the fire at McCormick Place, the worst single-storm snowfall in city history, and the largest outbreak of tornadoes ever in Illinois! Along the way, they discuss the various wind, snow, and fire related events they've experienced since living in Cook County, and tease the large upcoming scripted show yet again, this time with a full fifteen seconds of new show audio! Robert Oppenheimer and the man that killed the man that "killed" the president, Jack Ruby!
