4. I think at one point you completely moved into cloud technology, providing cloud based solutions to customers. i'd curious to know how the transition happen from On-Prem to Cloud technology?  you had to learn a lot or it just happend as you started working on cloud.

5. Do you have any advise for someone who has worked on On-Premises and wants to move into cloud. For example - like me! i have never worked on cloud technology. Do you think it is necessary that one has to learn cloud - is there no choice at all ?

6. In one of your quote, i read, "Scoping out a cloud project is 40% analysis, 60% advisory" - Could you please share more on this quote.
