Romans 7:14-25 Paul is giving us a view of the war between the inward (born again ) man, and the unregenerate flesh. “Wretched Man” is panting, exhausted, and in misery from the warring! 

Ephesians 4:8 Upon Christ’ resurrection and Ascension, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men.

2 Samuel 9 David remembers the promise he made to Johnathan. 

Romans7:9-17 There’s a great battle in those people who are genuinely saved. But, there is a distinction between the old man, (Adamic man) and the mortal body. The old man was crucified with Christ. 

Jeremiah 30:10-19 The case of Israel in captivity looks hopeless, and is from the means and ability of man. But God, said I’m going to bring you out, Glory to the work of the Godhead. 

Acts 8 What are the results of the preaching  of the good news? Has real salvation been received? 

Romans 7:9-13 God gave the law, was it good, was it righteous, was it spiritual? Why then did the law bring death? 

1 Corinthians 1 The body of Christ is “one”, there should be no division in the body. But, all the body working together to glorify the Head. 

Romans 7:4-9 The law (the commandment) was given to reveal to man his sinfulness. We were walking dead men, under the control of the devil, yet unaware of our true spiritual condition. 

Romans 7:1-8 The law brought us to a place of utter despair, no hope of ever being justified by works. Thank God for the law, that led me to Christ.
