What begins in darkness and grief ends in recognition, joy, and mission. Mary comes to the tomb as a grieving seeker—but leaves as a believing witness, having encountered the risen Christ for herself.

This passage shows us that the resurrection is not only a fact to be believed, but a reality that changes everything. The risen Jesus meets us in our sorrow, brings us into a new relationship with the Father, and sends us out as His witnesses.

Because He is risen, we are not only comforted—we are called to live as those who belong to Him.
