Caroline Hare founded Waves Girls Conference in 2013, and is excited that Waves Ministry, INC. is able to minister to girls and women in youth and college ministry locally and globally. She is a Nashville, TN native, and has a degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Abilene Christian University. She's currently the Next Generations Pastor and Pastor for Ministry Coordination at Destin United Methodist Church in Destin, FL, & has done youth ministry for 13 years.

Zach and Ashley have been married for 8 years and currently live in the Upstate of South Carolina. They have a precious little girl, Everly, and a new baby boy, Dax. They also are responsible for their Labrador Retriever, "Bo Bo," and 2 cats, Oliver & Sox.

Zach and Ashley established Hopetown in 2017. Hopetown is a non-profit ministry that provides professional counseling. Hopetown also provides training for churches that are interested in becoming better equipped to care for their members better.

Meredith has nearly 10 years of experience preaching the Gospel and teaching the Bible to students. She has a great passion for the Church and invests her time and energy into building God's kingdom, believing that can only be done with the insight of the Holy Spirit and a good bit of humor.

Meredith serves as a part of the teaching team for Fuse Student Ministry at NewSpring Church. She has a deep love for country music, a strong desire to work on her shoe game, and enjoys a pizza for dinner.

Carl and Heather Cartee are a husband and wife duo who have been making music together since the first time they met. They’ve been at it for over 17 years. Their ministry of leading worship, writing songs and mentoring musicians has taken them all over the world together.

Ashley Fazal grew up in SC, and met her husband Naeem while attending the College of Charleston. After being on staff at Seacoast Church in Mount Pleasant for several years, they moved to Charlotte in 2005 to start Mosaic Church. Ashley is currently the Missions and Outreach Director at Mosaic. They have a 12 year old daughter and a 15 year old son, and two cats.

Erin Blair is married to her best friend, Matt, and they have 4 beautiful world changing daughters. Erin and Matt planted Limitless Church in Tampa, Florida in 2014. Erin battled drug and alcohol addiction from age 12-21. While in rehab after a second DUI, Erin rededicated her life to Jesus and prayed to be used by Him to inspire others one day. She has been free from addiction since 2002 and now lives to help others know the life changing power of God’s love.

Karrie Garcia is a speaker, author, mother of three, wife and advocate for misfits who is passionate about proclaiming the freedom that can come from a life surrendered to Christ. Through facing drug addiction, the suicide of her mother, and the breakdown of her first marriage, she understands the need for grace, mercy and healing that can only come from Jesus Christ.
