"It's okay to not be okay."
In the bid to being more conscious of our mental health, we encourage ourselves to acknowledge and feel our feelings. We recognize that realistically, we wouldn't always be happy, comfortable, or undaunted, and suppressed or neglected feelings could lead to more serious issues. One could also say that owning your feelings is an important first step to resolving the cause of the feelings.
We have tremendous influence on how we go through our trying journeys. We aren't created to just experience and be subject to the happenings in our lives. Even when we've done all that's within our power to do we still have one last influence...our attitude...our spirit.
