Hi BOO! This was a random thought that came into my head after recording last week's episode. And it was this thought of reminding ourselves of how much of a BLESSING it is to have OPTIONS! Especially if you are getting overwhelmed or in a state of analysis paralysis about what direction to take your life, I think it can be super refreshing to step back, take a breath and remind ourselves what a BLESSING it is to have options.
