HIIII MY FRIEND! As we close out this new year, I hope that you are soooo proud of yourself for how you navigated this year and I hope you look back on this year and CHOOSE gratitude. In this episode, I take some time to reflect on this past year because it was a BIG year for me. There were soooo many highlights, I traveled to 3 different countries in 4 months, I moved to Hawai'i, but with that move came a lot of emotions and negative thought patterns I had to navigate. But even with all of the messy behind the scenes I navigated, I'm CHOOSING GRATITUDE and CHOOSING to focus on the highlights. And I hope you do the same for you too <3 Happy New Year :)

I hope this episode helps you to realize that you don't need to look for validation outside of yourself. I hope this reminds you that you can be your OWN biggest cheerleader. And I knowwww, it feels validating when someone else tells us "I'm proud of you." But how often do we say that to ourselves? When life gets difficult and we become really hard on ourselves, I hope that you can turn up the volume of your inner cheerleader and tell YOURSELF, "I'm proud of you." So pleaseeee know, that I am proud of you for continuing to show up, even when it's difficult. But ALSO, I hope that YOU are sooooo proud of YOURSELF. I'm cheering you on, so KEEP GOING <3

HIIII MY LOVELY FRIEND! I hope this episode reminds you that even if you're not where you want to be YET (key word...YET) that you can still find JOY and BLESSINGS in this current season of life. That we can CHOOSE to be CONTENT with the current season that we are in. I feel like lately, I've been focusing on where I am lacking, but now I am choosing to also focus on where I am CRUSHING it and what I am THANKFUL for in this season. But also still being aware of where I want to build and improve, but not putting hella pressure on myself to rush and get there quickly.
