This week on Erica In The Middle, Erica is joined by the Mission and Discipleship Director for St. Georges Parish in Ottawa, Nolan Toscano. After playing a round of a new segment on the show, "The Big Squeeze," they discuss how he grew up in Pickering, Ontario. Then, they discuss his undergraduate experience at the University of Ottawa studying Political Science and History, working as a political staffer for MP's Garnett Genuis and Andrew Scheer, as well as being a member of the Catholic Christian Outreach group at uOttawa. Later, they discuss his faith, how he became interested in writing, and how he dealt with loneliness in the first few weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, they discuss why Pickering is a Canadian city that everyone should visit one day!
