Brenna Bio:
New Orleans native Brenna J. Fields, also known as Coach Bre, is a certified life coach, ordained minister, writer, as well as a certified event planner, and certified pre-marital counselor.  She believes she is called to use her training and life experiences to empower women to overcome life difficulties so they can live fulfilling lives.  She desires to see women become better versions of themselves so they can leave a legacy of excellence for future generations! 

Brenna is the author of the recently published book, “Returning to Wholeness: Overcoming Life’s Challenging to Live a Blessed Life” which is available on Amazon.  She is also one of the contributing writers in the book entitled, “She Writes for Him: Black Voices of Wisdom” which is being released in March, as well as the e-book “You’re Engaged, Now What: Expert Advice on Planning the Wedding of Your Dreams.”

Brenna recently launched her new coaching business, New Season New Day Coaching, and Mentoring, where she provides training, individual and group coaching in the areas of goal setting, finding your life purpose, and divorce recovery.

She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (Tampa Alumnae Chapter), where she has served on both the local and regional levels in elected and appointed positions for the last 27 years.  She also serves on the clergy staff of Beulah Baptist Institutional Church, the oldest African American Baptist church in the city of Tampa.
