One of the best ways to heal is simply getting everything out.
Most people bottle things up, they think it's unimportant and unnecessary to share. Slowly but surely the little things build up to bigger insecurities and doubts and before you know it, you feel trapped and find yourself in a downward spiral.
It was great to chat with Lewis Alexander Baxter about his experience of Depression. We both shared our rock bottom and both agree we wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for eventually spilling the beans.
chit-chat is an amazing platform for everyone who may feel like they want to spill the beans but perhaps feel uncomfortable to do so to people they know. It was really inspiring to see Lewis engage in so many charitable events to support people to better their mental health.
