Domenico Grillo, based in Wilmington, North Carolina, is a top-producing real estate professional with Keller Williams, personally selling over $200 million in real estate annually—more than 250 properties each year. He owns a diverse portfolio of 150+ rental properties, spanning commercial buildings, ground leases, college rentals, Section 8 housing, warehouses, and gas stations. Domenico works with clients ranging from first-time investors to major hedge funds, helping them build and optimize profitable real estate business models. His expertise covers every facet of real estate, including new construction, resales, land development, and commercial projects.

A former student-athlete with a degree in Business Management and International Business Trade, Domenico remains active in soccer, tennis, and the gym, while also founding multiple companies that blend crypto and real estate syndications to raise capital for large investment funds.

Jack Sordellini is a Divisional Manager and 6-year veteran at Aptive. In 2025, he serviced over $200k in personal revenue while his downline serviced just under $5,000,000. Jack is a UNC Chapel Hill graduate and an overall great guy and leader.

Michael Zarro is a 9 year veteran at Aptive Environmental. He has led multiple teams and put up over 300 accounts 5 times in his career. In his 9th year, summer of 2025, Michael PR’d and serviced over $500k of revenue while leading one of the top teams in the company.

Jackson Oakley returns to tell us about his upbringing, college life, nursing, and creating his own career path in media creation.

Jackson Oakley is the head media manager for Aptive's Alpha partnership. He graduated from UNC Chapel Hill, hit Team Leader at Aptive his rookie year in 2021, then pursued travel nursing for about 4 years. After nursing for a few years, he wanted to pursue his own media career and is in his first year as Alpha's media manager.

JT is a 20-year-old entrepreneur and d2d salesman currently attending Cedarville University in Ohio. JT stepped out and serviced $220k in revenue as a rookie over the 2024 summer, finishing in the top 5% of rookies in the industry.

JT has incredible perspective and wisdom for his age, and is poised to grow into a forceful leader at Aptive in 2025 and beyond.

China Moon is a Divisional Sales Manager at Aptive Environmental. He has been in d2d sales since 2019 and built a flourishing downline poised to do over $4M in revenue in 2024.
