Madeleine Keller is a folk herbalist, writer/zinester, and witch.

She takes a critical perspective to her herbalism work, and strives to teach workshops that include Indigenous histories and question the colonial roots of western herbalism.
We discuss working with plants as a white settler and bringing an unsettling lens to that work. Also how to explore and cultivate your own story through your ancestry and remembering that all women are witches.
The importance of rest and deconstructing the notion of "real work" in community organising, and Madeleines personal experience with this stigma.
Dealing with and healing from organiser burnout and how plant medicine can assist the affected.
How the call to defund police opens the way for care workers and healers in our world.
