With the changing of the seasons the warm weather is upon us and that means leaving the hibernation that was the winter and blooming into the sun. Warm weather however doesn't necessarily mean a happier mood. There are still some days that are a struggle. We just need to make sure the days don't extend and leave you in a depressed state. And we can burn some calories along the way 😁
