We hear from Liz McCulloch, a GP with a specialist interest in Aesthetic Medicine, PMS and Menopause health, she is also the Medical Director mSkin with her own practice as well as practicing at The Montefiore Hospital and as an Associate at the International Centre for Hormone Health in Harley Street, London. We’re joined by Emma Fullwood, a middle age awakening coach - helping busy, worn out women go from just “fine” to blooming marvellous. And Sarah Rudder, Coach, facilitator and author who is changing lives with her work in mental toughness.
Alongside these incredible women, Beth delves into the language used around menopause, in how we frame it in society, education, with our networks and indeed to ourselves.
