It Was Murder Podcast

I'm sending you a shape with my mind. (it's three wavy lines)

Widely cosidered (by the three of us) to be Brian DePalma's masterpiece, 1981's Blow Out feels like the perfect movie to discuss on the eve of another election in America. But whose scream will be chosen in the end?

One of our early favorites of the series, "Cop Out" doesn't exactly fit the "spooky" theme, but it did inspire maybe our best Halloween party theme yet! SEX WORK IS WORK!!!

A connection as thin as Freddy's razor fingernails, we went to an iconic 80's slasher sequel that had a hospital in it. (shrug emoji)

Hospitals are scary enough without mob hits going down every damn day! If only the FBI could get better at FBIing!

We paired What Murder? with Brian De Palma's first maligned, now beloved, Body Double! Peeping, porn, and a pop music video are in store.

It's Spooky Season so we've picked a handful of H2H episodes that we consider "spooky" as a treat for yall! But beware!! There will also be a "trick".

Our final stop for Traveler's Delight is the island of Rhodes, Greece for one of our favorite episodes "Death Dig"! Anyone remember the amount of powdered beverages in the average American household in the 1980s?

We went to actual England in the episode Harts and Hounds! We also talk about crackers quite a bit. Like, maybe more than you might expect. Be forewarned.

Throw on your bigoudenes and banjo hats, we're hitting the road, rail, and sea to watch an old friend get murdered in The Hart of the Matter!
