I am joined by Legend and Leo to talk about how they are mentally, how their recent school year went, how they plan to spend their summer vacation and what makes them special. It was important for me to share space with my kids (as I always do) to allow them to express themselves. We have these conversations all the time so I felt it was relevant to end this mental health awareness month with the only humans who give my life meaning. They make me so proud to be their mother!

On this episode of IWN, I have a question, ARE YOU STILL STANDING? I've been very transparent about how I'm currently starting over in my life and at times how it can be extremely overwhelming. I tend to question my abilities when I've hit a roadblock or when I feel like I'm not ready. When I do, I remember that God isn't asking if I'm ready but more so if I'm willing. Are you willing to do the hard stuff? Are you still standing? Just remember that it is your willingness not your readiness!

On this episode of IWN, it's ok to NOT be ok! There comes a time when we have to take our cape off and allow life to take its course. It can be hard when you're always the strong friend, when you haven't mastered the ability to let go or you don't know what battle is or isn't yours. Remember that IT IS NECESSARY to allow others to support you when you're not at your best, recognize your capacity and know where or when to draw the line, don't be afraid to ask for help and know that every battles isn't yours to fight. BEING STRONG IS OVERRATED and you don't always have to be.
