One of the most common questions I get asked these days is when I started writing & sharing poetry. I have never found a simple answer because for me, its a little layered. I used to write a ton when I was really young and found it to be such a supportive tool in processing my emotions. Though I had tucked it away to focus my energy all in one place, this specific creative medium never REALLY left my side.
