Today, I'm celebrating 21 days of daily posting on LinkedIn
You might wonder why I'm making a big deal about 21 days.
Well, let me share the science behind it. In the 1950s, Dr. Maxwell Maltz, a Plastic Surgeon, noticed that his patients took about 21 days to adjust to changes, like a new face or the loss of a limb. He realized that it takes around 21 days to form a new habit or mental image.
In 1960, Maltz published his findings in a book called Psycho-Cybernetics, which became a blockbuster hit, selling over 30 million copies!
And that's what I practiced for 21 days, having interesting experiences to share with you.
I've made three significant discoveries about myself in these 21 days:
1) I've found my purpose in life! Sharing my experiences and learning from you all brings me joy. As humans, we share basic instincts with animals, but our ability to define purpose sets us apart.
2) This 21-day practice has helped me build a daily habit of sharing my experiences, and I plan to continue doing so. I hope you'll love it!
3) The most rewarding part? Reconnecting with old friends, ex-colleagues, and new faces who've appreciated my posts. It's been amazing to rekindle those connections!
Even Today, I've taken a step back to evaluate whether my posts have been worth your time and attention. Because I believe taking a step back is essential to review progress and adjusting our path forward.
It's just like when you're too close to a big picture, you can't see it clearly - but when you step back, it comes into focus.
So, I'm sharing all my posts from the past 21 days for you to explore and pick up one habit that resonates with you.
Try it out for 21 days and see the transformation!
Ans yes, Most videos are about one or one and a half minutes, which means it won't take more than 30 minutes of your day.
Enjoy watching my videos and have a lovely Sunday!"
