For Example, you are in a number business !
- You connect with 10 prospects, and 5 agree to see you.
- Further, 3 agree to see your presentation, and 1 is convinced and converted to your Product & Services.
That's a 10% conversion rate! You're too good!
Now, let's apply the KWINK analysis: Knowing What I Now Know, what will I change in my day-to-day working to increase my conversion rate?
So, if you look at it, now you know that if you connect with 10 prospects, you will be able to convert 1 and hence there are two actions lined up for you :
1. You need to have more prospects.
2. You need to understand the PAIN or GAIN that motivated the prospect who trusted your presentation and converted.
Don't worry about the 5 who didn't see you or the 2 who didn't allow a presentation.
Focus on the 2 who didn't convert after your presentation, coz there are no uninterested prospects, there are uninteresting presentation !
So, Next time when you present to your prospects, find their PAIN or GAIN and turn it into a win!
