The One where I'm kind of drunk, and recording at home for the first time.

Danny Haney and I found a strong musical partnership in High School, 30 years ago. He was the best drummer I ever worked with, and when we played together we could read each other's movements and know exactly what the other wanted to do next.

Among the tapes I've been converting to mp3 files in the last few days are a few early examples of the two of us playing together: He on his drum set, me on my bass guitar. Not the best quality, and certainly not the best music...but it was fun, and it was ours, and we pushed each other to be better every time we played. We were both huge Rush freaks, and the name of the band on the tape is Subdivisions.

Here's a little example of that, from 1986\. And an appearance from the DHS Patriot Cheerleaders.
