Welcome back to another episode of ITI, featuring Sam Setton, a recording artist and Senior Strategy Consultant for a prominent company in the financial services space.

As an artist, Sam writes, sings, and plays his own music on multiple instruments as well as graphic designs and paints. Everything about this guy’s artistry from the subway sounds or real voicemails in his songs to the paintings on his walls - he is entirely original.

As you’ll hear in this episode, Sam’s identity as a creative goes beyond his artistry and carries over into strategy consulting.

This duality is something I’m fascinated by because when people try put a cap on an individual you can break down those barriers, remove those labels, and be who you are.
