We are back with another episode of the podcast with our most distinguished guest yet, The Honorable Judge Mark Cohen. With over 45 years of public service, Judge Cohen has distinguished himself as having served in a variety of roles throughout his career. After 25 years as a Prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney, over 14 years as a New York State Supreme Court Justice, and 5 years as the Deputy Director and Chief Counsel of the New York State Office of Homeland Security, he now works as a defense attorney on a consulting basis all while teaching as an adjunct professor at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Judge Cohen has received numerous accolades for his accomplishments including Judge of the year in 2018 from the Suffolk Criminal Bar Association.

In law school I had the privilege of studying for Judge Cohen’s class, working for him directly, and watching him in Court on countless occasions. From his demeanor to his perspective, Judge Cohen is an impactful legal warrior. This episode contains so many gems of wisdom.
