Combine rum, pineapple juice, blue curacao syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for about 20 seconds, then pour it into the glass. Top it up with lemon-lime soda.

2 ounces Lillet Rose

1 dash of orange bitters

In a mixing glass, muddle 4 sage leaves and lemon juice. Add gin, Lillet Rose, bitters, and ice. Mix and strain into a fresh glass.

150ml pineapple juice

ice 

1 tsp grenadine 

Blend white and dark rum with lime juice, pineapple juice and a splash of grenadine to make this ghoulish Halloween cocktail. Garnish with cherries and mint.

1 measure gin

3 tsps lemon juice

3 tsps sugar syrup

4 measures chilled Champagne

lemon twist, to decorate

Pour the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a Champagne flute and top up with the Champagne. Decorate with a lemon twist and serve.
