In this episode, I talk about how important it is to be real with yourself and to be kind to yourself by honouring your soul and never being apologetic for choosing you.

For too long I allowed myself to revert into my default setting. Today I refuse to allow my core to go back to its default setting. And I challenge you to do the same. But from today I choose to water and grow my core. Because I’m tired of straddling in between cores. Will the right core, please stand up!

I cant produce on less of a version of who I am. I have nothing to be afraid as there is no fear in my core. I'm operating from a core that is greater than you can see. I need my core to change as it’s been partnering with my fear and insecurities. I need it to begin partnering with the highest knowledge and power that is greater than me that’s where my strength is.
