A Bubbly Ginger

In a shaker:

Muddle Ginger with one ounce Hendricks gin

(Or use ginger simple syrup)

Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

Shake it up, pour over an ice ball

Top with Lamarca Prosecco

Garnish with rosemary or basil
