Margarita

1 oz Cointreau 

1 oz Lime juice

2 oz Tequila

Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it. Shake the other ingredients with ice, then carefully pour into the glass (taking care not to dislodge any salt). Garnish and serve over ice.

Old Fashioned

1 Demerara sugar cube

2-3 Dashes of bitters

Splash of water - optional

2oz bourbon (Bullet)

Orange peel

Soak sugar cube in glass with bitters, muddle bitters, sugar, and water if using. Place large chunk/ cube of ice in glass. Pour in bourbon and stir till fully mixed. Express orange peel, rub rim of glass with peel, and drop peel in glass. Enjoy!

Red Sangria

1   tablespoon of brandy

2 tablespoons of orange juice

7 tablespoons of wine (something light like pinot noir)

2 tablespoons of sparkling water/seltzer   

chopped fruit (apple, orange, and berries of choice)

ice

optional: add sweetener/sugar for sweetener

mix and enjoy chilled!

Raw cane sugar for glass rimming (may add a little chilli powder to that too if you want) 

Lemon peel or cherries for garnish 

3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 oz. cointreau or other orange liqueur

1 1/2 oz hennessy (or other cognac) 

Ice

Wet the outside of the rim of the glass with lemon juice, then dip into sugar/chili powder. Combine lemon juice, Cointreau, and Hennessy with several pieces of ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to bring the lemon juice together with the liquors, then strain carefully into the glass. Garnish with lemon peel or cherries. Enjoy!!
