Old Fashioned

1 Demerara sugar cube

2-3 Dashes of bitters

Splash of water - optional

2oz bourbon (Bullet)

Orange peel

Soak sugar cube in glass with bitters, muddle bitters, sugar, and water if using. Place large chunk/ cube of ice in glass. Pour in bourbon and stir till fully mixed. Express orange peel, rub rim of glass with peel, and drop peel in glass. Enjoy!
