  • Let's try this again...

    I recorded this episode back in April 2022. I never released it because I didn't feel comfortable. I know many of you enjoyed the show while I was hosting and I also enjoyed chatting with you all. I needed a little time off from just about everything. After I deleted all of my social media accounts (now 1 year ago) I felt like I needed to reevaluate what I was doing with myself. For some odd reason, I felt like I needed to listen to this episode that I left high and dry. This episode resonates so much with how I feel right now, today, and for that reason, I decided to upload it as my next podcast. 

    PS: The cover photo was the night I decided to leave the social media world. so you can call this my 1-year social media cleanse anniversary lol.

  • Is my relationship cursed?

    Is there a myth that you feel has been keeping your relationship standstill? Shak and I have been fighting a tug in our relationship and we think we're cursed! Maybe not, It's probably us just growing up and continuously learning about who we are as individual people.  In this episode, I talk about being a future Bridezilla (if Shak ever proposes) and how I nearly died twice, literally and figuratively. I had such an eventful month of June so this is a long one! Sit back and enjoy the show with a glass of wine!

  • Fathers Day Single Dad Edition Feat Amrit
    This one is for all the dads that felt a little alone on Fathers Day. This episode is for every time I said Happy Fathers Days to a woman. I dont know where that started or why but I'll be sure to never do it again.
    Fathers Day is as special as Mothers Day and men should be treated accordingly. In this episode, I talk with a good friend of mine, Amrit. Amrit is a single dad and I couldn't imagine myself having such a special episode but with him. 
    We wanted to make sure that Single Dads got the respect they rightfully deserve. I asked Amrit questions about his day-to-day life as a Father. The struggles he's encountered as a dad and things he hopes to see in his future as a Father.

  • What they dont tell you about breastfeeding.
    This episode for no reason is to talk down on breastfeeding. It is more so to bring awareness to stories women don't like to talk about when it comes to breastfeeding. I wrote a full blog on my not so pretty experiences with breastfeeding. I have exclusively breastfed all 4 of my children and I'm tired. I firsthand can tell you that not a single person taught me the worse parts of breastfeeding. I talk with a few friends about their experiences as well.

  • The time we took a duck home.
    No animals were harmed and the baby duckling was taken home safely. Jr found a baby duckling and he inisisted on taking him home. I knew it wasnt going to be a good idea but we took him home anyways. When the time came to taking the duckling home, Jr experienced his first heart break. That experience taught me that it is important to validate your childrens feelings no matter how young they are.
