I recorded this episode back in April 2022. I never released it because I didn't feel comfortable. I know many of you enjoyed the show while I was hosting and I also enjoyed chatting with you all. I needed a little time off from just about everything. After I deleted all of my social media accounts (now 1 year ago) I felt like I needed to reevaluate what I was doing with myself. For some odd reason, I felt like I needed to listen to this episode that I left high and dry. This episode resonates so much with how I feel right now, today, and for that reason, I decided to upload it as my next podcast. 

PS: The cover photo was the night I decided to leave the social media world. so you can call this my 1-year social media cleanse anniversary lol.

Is there a myth that you feel has been keeping your relationship standstill? Shak and I have been fighting a tug in our relationship and we think we're cursed!
