Jeff is finally able to talk about food and and restaurants and service! It's his time to shine and we're gonna talk all things Top Chef for season 23.   Our main crew of Kristen Kish, Tom Collichio and the always beautiful and wonderful Gail Simmons.

For our first bites of Carolina flavor it's Nascar, Sweet Potatoes, some takes on southern food from new angles, a quick look around the season ahead and some great guest judges in Jamie Lynch and  Sean Brock. 

We'll take a look at all the cheftestants and see which category of ours they fit into; weeded, seeded or defeated.  It's gonna be a great season, y'all.

We're also deep in Vanderpump Rules Season 12, where the current cast continues to provide an embarrassment of riches and sometimes just embarrassment.
