With episode 18 the podcast has officially become an adult and some of the content in the episode reflects that. We were joined by two guests, Malaika and Louise, who brought vim and took no prisoners.
Louise has written the book - "The Truth About Black Love", that you can find on Amazon in a paperback and kindle version. In the book Louise explores "Black Love" in a more holistic sense; going beyond romantic love to include other forms of love such as self-love and loving our community. She outlines what healthy love should look like and some of the challenges we face in achieving it. I highly recommend this book if you want to start to think about what Black love looks like to you and you can find the Amazon link below.
