In our modern day world, and particularly here in the west, we have a tendency to hear the word “medicine” and we think of the diagnosis and treatment of illness. Throughout the world for thousands of years though, the energy and the more sacred aspects of “medicine” focused on developing a better understanding of one’s true nature in order to live in a state of balance and wellness.
