It seems to me that being stressed has become normal. The numbers of people reporting feeling stressed is getting higher every year. But it looks like many have resigned themselves to stress just being part of life. After all, look at the crazy world we live in!
But this is all based on a fundamental misunderstanding which pervades our world. The misunderstanding that our feelings of stress come from the outside world.
