That inconvenience makes us feel funny. It's not comfortable, I don’t believe any of us are fans of inconveniences, but we embrace the inconveniences that come along because we know when challenges and inconveniences come that means change is coming and it's going to be good… start getting excited… but also use discernment…

My interview with Mike.. He tells us what it's like for him balancing his mental state of mind as a soldier as well as once he is home with his family. Mentally disconnecting from each wasn't always easy, however, Mike says, after 14 years of service he pretty much has mastered it.

The mental battles we face vs. the physical battles. We are all going through this together and together we are stronger. Everyone needs a little praise here and there, you're never too old for praise. For those who are afraid to speak, afraid to let others know you are having issues, that is what I am here for. 
I am starting a mentorship program and in need of volunteers, who have experienced addictions, adversities, trauma and willing to help others get through their trying times. Often a lot of us don't always have someone to talk to or feel unheard when you may just need someone to listen. That is my mission, to turn Soul Healer 17:77 LLC into a non-profit organization and be there for those who need help.
