 To get started today, I’m asking you, do you set resolutions at the beginning of the year?

It’s typically around the end of January or sometime in February that I notice a lot of my clients’ resolutions start to petter out.

Whether they fell off track with any habits they were trying to put

into place … or maybe they felt overwhelmed with the feeling that they had too much to change and wanted to make all the changes all at once …

 

I put so much attention into my clients’ goals … instead of focusing on that 1 time of year when you feel like so much has to change all at once.

It’s also easier to focus on your goals because you’re able to work on them over a long period and it’s easier to break these goals down into smaller pieces … allowing you to put your attention on 1 at a time.
