Caroline Robitaille: Biography
From playing in her Italian grandmother’s garden with full access to her restaurant, to becoming a trained Natural Chef, Caroline learned early the value of family, community and breaking bread together. And yes, always with Olive Oil present. When she was sixteen Caroline’s grandmother took her to meet family in Lucca, Italy. It was at that time she fell so deeply in love with her Italian heritage.
