Evan Munn is a close personal friend of mine and a experienced mental health advocate. He has worked on many projects involving mental health and has shared his amazing testimony to thousands of people. Evan is also highly involved in ministry and a former division 1 soccer player at Oregon state. He has overcome suicidality and is an inspiration to many people struggling through similar issues.

This week I had the amazing privilege of talking to one of my friends from HighSchool Michael Palmer. Michael was a football teammate of mine and him and I attended church and bible study briefly during our time in school together. I always knew Michael as a man of integrity and faith and to hear where he is now and who he has become after almost six years was truly amazing and inspiring.

I am so Grateful that God has given me this platform and ability to speak to a reunite with people from my past. Thank you guys so much and I know Michael’s story is one that many people can relate to and I would just like to encourage you that if you are struggling that you are not alone and there is a God who loves you and he has created people to help and meet you where you are.

Politics this last week has been a little crazy from Donald Trump's leaked phone calls to the stimulus bill giving millions of dollars to teach people in Pakistan about gender and other useless information that we've decided to redefine so some people feel more welcome with their problems.
