You’ve heard about the generation gap, but I think we need a different view on the subject.

I’ve heard so many talk about how each generation are different, instead of focusing on the fundamentals. But the more I hear about it, and the more I’m slowly changing my mind.

From my point of view, we don’t have a generation gap, but really… a value gap.

I know we’ve heard a lot in the past weeks and even years but I think the following will make you think! More precisely, I want to focus on what happened on Joe Rogan Experience #1169.

First, I’ll go through why I chose this subject for the podcast. Many talk about leadership, but I think many also miss key elements. Second, I want to rapidly go through an article about Leaders and my main bug about it. Third, let’s just talk about leaders, what makes one.

And lastly, I want to give some tips and tricks on rapidly becoming a leader, or simply get better at it.

How we live our lives is incredibly more important than how we say we live our lives.
