Jim spoke with Zach on the early days of psychedelic research at Harvard, what's happened since, micro-dosing and the theory of "healthy multiplicity"- the notion that all of us are multiples, that is we act as if we very different people in different situations.

David is the co-host of the excellent MindRolling Podcast. His standard bio is as follows but I assure you it only scratches the surface.
David Silver started his innovative media career in the late sixties hosting WGBH-TV’s “What’s Happening Mr. Silver?” David’s 1979 Warner Brothers feature “No Nukes” helped start the whole trend of music/activism feature documentaries.
He also wrote the Billboard #1 MGM film, “The Compleat Beatles” the biopic movie of choice about history’s most famous band. David has worked with Bruce Springsteen, Bob Marley, Ringo Starr, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Roger Waters and many others. He has created dozens of CD’s and movies, including pairing Allen Ginsberg with Paul McCartney, and producing the film biography of Timothy Leary. In 2009, David was the consultant to Ang Lee, the Academy Award-winning director, on his Universal/Focus Features release, “Taking Woodstock.” Since 2006, he has also been writing, directing and consulting with Ram Dass’s Love Serve Remember Foundation and, in 2012, directed the “Cultivating Loving Awareness” documentary.

Zach and Elijah journey over to Marianne Williamson's house for one seriously amazing podcast. Marianne transmitted some razor sharp wisdom, compassion and insight into modern day spirituatility, politics and love. She is truly one of the great teachers and wise-women of the modern age. And, perhaps most importantly, she is so unabashedly not full of shit.
Marianne Williamson is an American spiritual teacher, author and lecturer. She has published ten books, including four New York Times number one bestsellers.

Jason Louv stops by the podcast table to talk Vedanta, Magick and sorting through the new age nonsense to find the good stuff. Jason is truly an incredible human and an amazing guest. Over the course of the hour Jason blew Zach's mind on the practice and application of magick and how it can change your life!
Jason is the author, journalist and editor of Ultraculture.org and the founder of Magick.Me - really, if you have any interest in learning about this martial arts for your consciousness practice check out his site.
Jason Bentley came over to the podcast table (yes it's a table) at Zach's house to spend some time talking about KCRW, Los Angeles, the importance of music in life and how the musical landscape is changing right before our very eyes.
Jason is the host of KCRW's "Morning Becomes Eclectic" and also serves as the stations music director.
"I think being passionate about music and culture is fundamentally what enables me to be successful. I'm driven to share that excitement, whether it's DJ'ing at an art exhibit, working on a film project, or broadcasting from the radio station every day. It gives me a real sense of purpose."
That purpose has taken shape growing up at KCRW, beginning as a phone volunteer the summer after high school, scoring a nighttime air shift in 1992 with Metropolis running for 16 years, and ultimately being promoted to music director of the station.
Trudy stopped by IAH to hang out with Zach for over an hour to share her story of starting Insight LA, her reflections on the world around us and some exquisite ancient wisdom teachings for the modern world.

Mystic, buddhist, psychedelic visionary and author of the seminal book "Zig Zag Zen" - Allan Badiner stops by the IAH studio to hang out with Zach and Elijah. Allan explores the relationship between buddhism and psychedelics with ease, grace and some evidence that may blow your mind.
"Zig Zag Zen" is available at book stores everywhere and of course, at Amazon.com
Buddhism and psychedelic exploration share a common concern: the liberation of the mind. The new edition of Zig Zag Zen: Buddhism and Psychedelics has substantially evolved from the landmark anthology that launched the first serious inquiry into the moral, ethical, doctrinal, and transcendental considerations of the intersection of Buddhism and psychedelics.
