Japan's H-IIA launched from Tanegashima Space Center carrying the IGS Optical-8 spy satellite to orbit. The Gravity-1 vehicle, built by Chinese company Orienspace, lifted off the deck of a ship stationed in the Yellow Sea on Thursday.
