Today's episode is about managing bad days. We all experience them, some more frequently than others, but I want to share some of the methods I have implemented to stop my bad days from excalating, and how to make the most out of them instead.

This episode came about following a conversation I had with my friend. To me it was a hypothetical question but to her, it was a real life situation that happened to one of her friends.
